Submissions

Each submitted paper may include up to 11 pages of technical content, excluding references. Additional pages are permitted for the bibliography only. Submissions must strictly adhere to IEEE conference paper guidelines. Accepted papers will be granted one extra page in the final proceedings, which may be used solely to address reviewer comments. Papers that fail to comply with these requirements will be rejected without review, and no deadline extensions will be provided for reformatting. All pages must be numbered, and figures and tables should remain clear and legible in black and white without the need for magnification. Submissions that are excessively short or resemble extended abstracts will not receive full consideration.

    Paper Submission Terms and Conditions

  • Reviewing will be double-blind. Authors must make a good faith effort to anonymize their submissions, and they should not identify themselves either explicitly or by implication.
  • Authors must declare that the submission is original and has not been submitted to other venues or under consideration by other venues.
  • Paper titles and/or author names cannot be changed and/or added to the papers once papers are submitted to IEEE MOST 2026 for review, and in the final camera-ready manuscript if accepted.
  • If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register at full rate and present it in person at the conference.
