This option is for authors registering one paper only and attending both the main conference and the workshop. It applies to a main-conference paper author who wants to attend the conference and a workshop, or to a workshop paper author who wants to attend both the workshop and the main conference. A discount is applied to the workshop registration fee (50% off the regular price). If you need to register both a conference paper and a workshop paper, please do not use this category. Instead, register the conference and the workshop separately at the full rate for each. Registration includes access to all days of the main conference and the workshop.

Author registration requirements
1. At least one author per paper must be registered at the FULL rate (i.e., IEEE Member / Non-Member registration), regardless of whether or not they are students.
FULL registration refers to non-student registration. Therefore, if you are a student author, please opt for FULL registration (i.e., IEEE Member / Non-Member registration) rather than student registration. This is unless another author has already completed the FULL registration for the same paper.
2. The author registration deadline is March 25, 2026.
Each author registration is valid for ONE paper.
There is an additional pages fee of $100. A registrant can add up to 2 additional pages for each paper.

Cancellation Policy
Author registration is NOT refundable. All other refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to ieeecs-reg+MOST@computer.org and CC the Registration Chair Dr. Sidi Lu at sidi@wm.edu by April 4, 2026, 11:59 PM (EST time). There will be an administrative fee of US$50 for canceled registrations from each cancellation.
VISA Support
If you require a visa invitation letter, one will be automatically generated using your name, organization, and address after you complete the conference registration. If you need a customized letter, you may request one that includes additional information, such as your date of birth or passport details (number, date of issue, expiration date, and place of issue).
