Posters and Demos

The Demos and Posters (D&P) session is part of the First IEEE International Conference on Mobility: Operations, Services, and Technologies (MOST 2023), a conference that focuses on the development of connected and autonomous systems meets the demand for equitable and accessible mobility solutions from diverse communities. The goal of the D&P session is to provide a platform for academic researchers and industry workers to present prototypes, tools, simulators, and systems, which extend the state-of-the-art in the field of mobility on land, in the air, and at sea. The goal is to discuss and exchange ideas in these areas and stimulate collaboration between academia and industry partners.

D&P Session of MOST 2023 welcomes demonstrations showcasing high-quality original research focus on innovative and emerging operations, services, and technologies for both indoor and outdoor mobility, including prototypes, infrastructure, tools and software systems, data analytics, logistics operations, novel algorithms and applied artificial intelligence, distributed and connected systems, autonomous vehicles, and so on.

The research topics of interest include, but not limited to:

  • Data analytics for connected vehicles
  • Perception, localization, mapping, planning, control, and action prediction
  • Security, privacy, ethics, human interaction related with autonomous driving
  • Autonomous vehicles, drones and boats
  • Vehicle-Edge-Cloud infrastructure for mobility
  • Software over-the-air update for connected vehicles
  • Software-defined vehicles
  • Sustainable mobility solutions
  • Fast, energy-efficient delivery of goods
  • Smart infrastructure
  • AI-driven traffic control and coordination
  • Autonomous Fleet management
  • Teleoperation for autonomous vehicles
  • Mobility solutions for diverse, equitable and inclusion
  • Social and human impact of autonomous vehicles
  • Emerging mobility technologies

Authors are invited to submit a 1- to 2-page summary of the demo or poster in the IEEE Conference Proceedings format. The single-blind review process will be used as some demos may be closely related to a specific software package/product or a published paper, i.e., author names and affiliations should appear on the submission. The session will consist of two parts: (i) a short presentation session where each participant can present slides (to be collected before the session), followed by (ii) a demonstration and poster session where participants can display their work and discuss it with the attendees.

Please use https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=ieeemost2023postersd for submission.

The Poster Size: We prepared a poster mounting board for each presenter. The display board can be set vertically (x36''tall x24''-wide) or horizontally (the display board can be unfolded to x36''tall x48''-wide, but not very recommended) on an easel.
