Submission Guidelines

The main body of each submitted paper is limited to 11 pages of technical content with additional pages permitted for the bibliography only. Submissions must be formatted according to IEEE conference paper guidelines. Accepted papers will be allowed one additional page in the proceedings. The additional space this provides must only be used for the purpose of addressing the reviewer’s comments. Papers not meeting these criteria will be rejected without review, and no deadline extensions will be granted for reformatting. Pages should be numbered, and figures and tables should be legible in black and white, without requiring magnification. Papers so short as to be considered "extended abstracts" will not receive full consideration.

    Paper Submission Terms and Conditions
  • Reviewing will be double-blind. Authors must make a good faith effort to anonymize their submissions, and they should not identify themselves either explicitly or by implication.
  • Authors must declare that the submission is original and has not been submitted to other venues or under consideration by other venues.
  • Paper titles and/or author names cannot be changed and/or added to the papers once papers are submitted to IEEE MOST 2023 for review, and in the final camera-ready manuscript if accepted.
  • If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register at full rate and present it in person at the conference.
