Author registration requirements

At least one author per paper (regular, poster and demo) must be registered at the FULL main conference rate(i.e., IEEE Member / Non-Member registration), regardless of whether or not they are students. Similarly, for each workshop paper, at least one author must be registered at the FULL Workshop Only rate (i.e., IEEE Member / Non-Member registration).

The author registration deadline is April 30, 2023.

• Each author registration is valid for ONE paper.
• Regular paper should not exceed 12 pages.
• Demo and poster papers should not exceed 2 pages.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to jli@Howard.edu by May 5, 2023, 11:59 PM AoE Time. There will be an administrative fee of $50 for cancelled registrations. You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline. Author registration is not refundable.

Conference Venue

IEEE MOST 2023 will be held at the I2C center (461 Burroughs St, Detroit, MI 48202) in the heart of TECHTOWN. TechTown is Detroit’s entrepreneurship hub, which is a nonprofit business service organization that provides programs, education, and resources for early- to growth-stage small businesses and tech entrepreneurs. The 135,000 square-foot building in Detroit’s New Center supports coworking, offices, meetings, and events. Looking forward to meeting you here!
